Text Coaching gives you 5 days of direct business support with Kkeiko by messaging. Your coaching period begins from the agreed start date, and you can ask questions, receive guidance, discuss your business, and get personalised help throughout the five days.
This option is designed for anyone who wants support but cannot afford a full sit down Zoom coaching call. Kkeiko is currently based in the UK, so replies are sent during UK working hours.
Your coaching must begin within 5 days of your payment date. You can also pay now to secure a place for a future date by emailing the team after purchase. ecomacademy.io@outlook.com
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email requesting your contact details so Kkeiko can begin your text coaching. Please make sure you checkout with correct email contact so we can reach you.
service: Official Paid Coaching
Paid coaching is designed for people who want more personalised, private and in-depth support.
Each paid coaching session lasts 40 minutes.

If you book more than one session, your first session will be used to understand your goals, experience and current situation. I will then create a personalised plan for your remaining sessions.
zoom calls service info: Booking Multiple Sessions
You can purchase and pre-book a package of five sessions.
The sessions do not all need to take place immediately. You can arrange the dates based on your availability, provided all sessions are scheduled within the permitted booking period.
After your first session, I will create a more tailored structure for the remaining sessions so that each meeting builds on your progress.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are only available for sessions that have not yet been used.
You have 14 days from the original booking date to request a cancellation and refund for any unused sessions.
Please only purchase paid coaching if you are fully committed and ready to begin. Every booking reserves time in my schedule that could otherwise have been offered to another client.
Once a coaching session has already taken place, it cannot be refunded.

Zoom calls: Postponed and Unscheduled Sessions
Paid sessions may be postponed or held for a maximum of 30 days. You must select and confirm a date and time for your session within 30 days of purchasing it. If you have not scheduled your session within this period, the booking may be cancelled. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the relevant coaching terms.
